Rates
A 25% non refundable deposit is applicable to all bookings.
The above prices are valid until 31 December 2008 but may be subject to change.
1. No extra fee is charged if cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival.
2. 50% of total stay is charged - if cancellation is made 15-30 days prior to arrival.
3. 70% of total stay is charge - if cancellation is made 7-14 days prior to arrival.
4. 100% of total stay is charged for a cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival, a No Show, or an earlier departure without prior notice.
5. All transaction costs occurred, if any, will be charged to the client.
