The Hayati

The Hayati is one of the oldest buildings on the Villa Averoff estate dating from the 1840s. It is a charming two level structure in typical architecture of the era and region.

There are 4 bedrooms, all with ensuite bathrooms, that share the covered veranda.

On the ground floor is the sitting room/games room which retains the authentic style of the times with its exposed wooden beams, stone walls and antique artifacts.
